Frequently asked questions

My progress disappeared. Clutch Shots Arcade stores progress on your device. If you reinstalled the App or moved to a new device, local progress will reset. Game Center scores and achievements stay with your Apple ID.
How do I turn off tracking / personalized ads? Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, find Clutch Shots Arcade, and toggle it off. You'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized.
Game Center sign-in isn't working. Open the iOS Game Center settings, sign out, sign back in, then relaunch Clutch Shots Arcade. If a leaderboard score didn't post, check that Game Center is enabled for your Apple ID.
The app crashed or froze. Force-quit the App, then relaunch it. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed.
I'd like to see fewer ads. Clutch Shots Arcade is free and ad-supported, so ads are part of the experience. Rewarded ads (where applicable) are always optional — you can simply skip them.
