Privacy Policy — Pawchute

This Privacy Policy describes how LiveStack Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Pawchute (the "App") on iOS and iPadOS. We designed Pawchute to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not operate our own analytics servers or accounts system.
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

2. Information collected through Apple services

The App uses standard Apple frameworks. When you use these features, the relevant data is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy:

• Game Center — If you sign in to Game Center, your Game Center alias and scores/achievements you earn are submitted to Apple's leaderboards and achievement system. We do not receive your Apple ID or real name.
• StoreKit (In-App Purchases) — When you buy an outfit or the bundle, Apple processes the transaction. We receive a receipt that confirms the purchase so we can unlock the content on your device. We do not receive your payment information.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information such as:

• Device identifiers, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) — only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
• Approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address.
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completions).

If you decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads and will not use the IDFA. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Children's privacy

Pawchute is rated 4+ and is suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob is configured to comply with applicable children's privacy laws (including COPPA and GDPR-K) by serving only non-personalized, child-appropriate ads where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Data we store on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Game progress (current level, lives, total bones earned).
• Selected outfit and unlocked outfits (derived from your purchase receipts).
• Sound and settings preferences.

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App removes it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information about you. Because we do not maintain user accounts, the most effective way to exercise these rights is to:

• Manage Game Center data through your Apple ID settings.
• Manage advertising preferences through iOS Tracking settings.
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored game data.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, post a notice in the App.
