Frequently asked questions
I bought an outfit but it's locked. What do I do?
Tap Restore Purchases on the outfit picker. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase date.
I want a refund.
In-App Purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the purchase.
How do I disable ads?
Buying any outfit or the All Outfits bundle removes interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads (the "Watch ad for 5 lives" option) remain available because they're optional.
My progress disappeared.
Pawchute stores progress on your device. If you reinstalled the App or moved to a new device, local progress will reset. Game Center scores and achievements stay with your Apple ID.
How do I turn off tracking / personalized ads?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, find Pawchute, and toggle it off. You'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized.
Game Center sign-in isn't working.
Open the iOS Game Center settings, sign out, sign back in, then relaunch Pawchute. If a leaderboard score didn't post, check that Game Center is enabled for your Apple ID.
