Privacy Policy — Spiral Stars

This Privacy Policy describes how LiveStack Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Spiral Stars (the "App") on iOS and iPadOS. We designed Spiral Stars to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not operate our own analytics servers or accounts system.
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

2. Information collected through Apple services

The App uses standard Apple frameworks. When you use these features, the relevant data is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy:

• Game Center — If you sign in to Game Center, your Game Center alias and scores you earn are submitted to Apple's leaderboard system. We do not receive your Apple ID or real name.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information such as:

• Device identifiers, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) — only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
• Approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address.
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks).

Interstitial ads are shown between rounds, capped at a maximum of 2 ads per 5-minute period.

If you decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads and will not use the IDFA. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

5. Data we store on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Your all-time high score.

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App removes it entirely.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
