Why can't I hear music?

Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode (the switch on the side of your iPhone). You can also check that the volume is turned up in Control Center.

My score didn't appear on the leaderboard

Make sure you are signed in to Game Center. Go to Settings → Game Center on your device and sign in with your Apple ID. Your score will be submitted the next time you complete a game.

The game is running slowly

Try closing other apps running in the background and restarting Spiral Stars. If the issue persists, a device restart usually helps.

How do I turn off ads?

Ads appear briefly between rounds and are capped at 2 per 5-minute period. There is currently no paid option to remove ads, but we may add one in a future update.

I found a bug
